Roommate Needed   US $433.00

I have a room available for rent starting February 1st. The rent will be $433.00 and will need a security deposit of $200.00. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. I have a lease until May and possibly renewing the lease. I am in need of someone to move in as soon as possible, preferably female. Other costs involve the utilities and comcast cable, phone, and internet. Bills will be split in half.
It's in a great location. Near Howe and Arden and close to CSUS, major freeways, dining and shopping, a park right across the street, bus & light rail, etc... This place is very quiet.
